Shape the future of vehicle user experiences as a Senior Interaction Designer with a focus on HMI, ADAS, and user-centered design. Do you want to create intuitive and safe user experiences for tomorrow's vehicles? In this Senior Interaction Designer role, you'll work with HMI solutions and ADAS-related features in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. About the Role Drive design work for digital interfaces in the automotive industry. Create user-centered HMI solutions for future vehicle features. Work independently within given product visions, requirements, and strategic frameworks. Contribute in a Lean Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement. What You'll Do Design and prototype user experiences in Figma. Develop high-fidelity prototypes that clarify design concepts. Plan and conduct user testing and translate insights into improvements. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Further develop interfaces and experiences related to ADAS features. What We're Looking For Solid background as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer. Experience in the automotive industry and HMI development. Experience designing ADAS-related interfaces and features. Relevant higher education in Interaction Design, Technical Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent. Ability to independently drive design initiatives from concept to delivery. Technologies & Tools Figma for design and prototype development. HMI for vehicle-oriented user interfaces. ADAS, preferably with knowledge of level L2/L2++. Android Automotive is a plus. Lean Agile as a working methodology. Practical Information Location: Södertälje. Work arrangement: Primarily on-site, with the possibility of remote work by agreement with the team. Languages: Swedish and/or English.
