Senior Human Rights, Advocacy and Legal Expert Requirements: Completed higher education degree at the master's level minimum in law, human rights, international relations, public policy, or a related field; minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in human rights, legal analysis, advocacy, public policy, or international relations; minimum 7 years of professional experience in international organizations; demonstrated professional knowledge and experience in gender policy and related legal frameworks; demonstrated focus and professional experience in the European Union, Georgia, and Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries; demonstrated knowledge of Georgia's legal, political, linguistic, and human rights environment; professional experience with Georgia's legal system, institutions, civil society organizations, or international human rights protection mechanisms related to Georgia; professional proficiency in Georgian and English; excellent analytical, written, communication, and coordination skills.
