About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack/DevOps Developer for a long-term consulting engagement in a technically advanced environment. You will become part of an agile product team responsible for further development and modernization of a business-critical internal platform.
This role is perfect for you if you thrive at the intersection of software development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure, and if you want to work both on backend service development and on automation, CI/CD, and stable production environments.
You will work closely with product owners, architects, and other developers, and you will have the opportunity to influence both technical solutions and how the platform evolves over time.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
* Develop and further develop backend services
* Break down solution design and technical requirements into implementation and user stories
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
* Automate infrastructure, deployments, and recurring technical workflows
* Work with monitoring, alerting, and improvement of platform stability
* Actively participate in technical workshops, design work, and architecture discussions
* Document technical solutions
* Conduct demos of developed features
* Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other development teams
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in professional systems development and who is comfortable taking significant technical responsibility. You have broad technical understanding and feel comfortable with both development and DevOps-related topics.
You have experience with most of the following:
* Python
* TypeScript
* Bash
* Docker
* Kubernetes
* Microsoft Azure
* GitHub Actions
* Ansible
* Git
* Azure DevOps
* CI/CD and modern DevOps working methods
It is a merit if you also have experience with:
* Modern fullstack development
* API development and integrations
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
* Observability, monitoring, and alerting
* Agile working methods such as SAFe or Scrum
* Large enterprise environments with many systems and integrations
* The automotive industry, industrial systems, or other complex product development environments
As a person, we believe you are self-directed, solution-oriented, and communicative. You enjoy understanding the big picture while also enjoying hands-on implementation work. You are comfortable discussing technical solutions with various stakeholders and actively contribute ideas and improvement suggestions.
