Do you want to take your fullstack development expertise to the next level while working with AI as a natural part of how we build modern systems? We're looking for a senior developer with extensive experience in .NET and modern frontend frameworks who wants to help build the digital solutions of the future together with us at Accelerate. With us, you'll combine senior systems development with practical use of AI, both in your own development work and in customer solutions.
Your Role
As part of our development team, you'll be a key contributor in creating stable, modern, and scalable applications. You combine technical expertise with an agile working approach and contribute to solutions that deliver real value to users.
You work across the entire development chain, from planning and design through development, testing, and delivery, switching between backend and frontend development to create well-functioning and user-friendly end-to-end solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and customers on various types of projects, from established systems to more modern, data-driven, and AI-related solutions. At the same time, you'll explore how AI can be used both in the development process and in the solutions we build.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience as a fullstack developer, with deep expertise in .NET and experience with modern web technologies. You're solution-oriented, enjoy working closely with the business, and have an eye for both technology and user value.
We also believe that you:
• Have an interest in how AI can be used practically in systems development
• Thrive in customer-facing situations
• Enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge
• Have academic education in systems development or similar
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
For this position, Swedish citizenship is required, and a background check will be conducted.
We believe you have experience with some of the following:
• .NET and C#
• Angular or React
• Frontend development in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Containers
• Agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
Meriting:
• Experience with AI integrations or LLM-based solutions
• Cloud platforms

Work Location
Accelerate has multiple locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you'll be based at our office in Gothenburg, with the option for hybrid work.
