ABOUT BAEMINGO Baemingo builds the financial operating system for the restaurant industry – a platform that brings together point-of-sale systems (POS), payments, analytics tools, and financial services in one place. Their idea is simple: give every restaurant owner the right tools, the right data, and the right financial support to grow their business. One restaurant becomes two. Two becomes ten. Founded in Stockholm in 2017, the company now has approximately 35 employees. They support over 4,000 restaurants across five countries and have been recognized on Deloitte's Sweden Technology Fast 50 list. The platform is built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs – one of their founders still runs their own restaurant, meaning the product is tested in real life every day, not just in a conference room. ABOUT THE ROLE Baemingo is looking for a senior full-stack developer who wants to take end-to-end ownership of features across the entire development stack – from APIs to user interfaces and across the entire platform. One week you might develop the point-of-sale system used daily by thousands of restaurants. The next week you work on payments, analytics features, back-office systems, banking services, or AI functionality. You work where you make the greatest impact. You'll be part of a small, experienced development team with a short path from idea to production and work closely with the company's CTO. Here you're expected to own your solutions, deliver high quality, and take responsibility even after features are launched. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Business-critical systems for restaurantsYou develop the software restaurants use every day, such as point-of-sale systems, internal tools, and dashboards. The goal is for the technology to work so seamlessly that users barely think about it. Financial servicesYou work on solutions in payments, banking, lending, cards, and onboarding – systems that handle real payment flows for thousands of businesses. AI functionalityAI is an integrated part of the product. You'll be involved in developing agent-based AI solutions and analytics features that learn from thousands of restaurants, rather than just integrating a traditional chatbot. However, we're looking for someone who can quickly learn new technologies and tools. WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO Have approximately five years or more of experience developing modern web applications Have deep experience with both frontend development (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Node.js, APIs, and databases) Have GraphQL experience or feel comfortable quickly learning it Like taking ownership of a feature from end to end, from concept and requirements to finished solution in production Want to contribute to the team's technical development and share your knowledge Have excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written Have the ability to work on-site at our Stockholm office It's a plus if you have experience with: Multiple product areas such as POS, payments, analytics, fintech, or internal operations systems Practical work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or AI model evaluation Payment solutions or other regulated operations Design and user experience, and the ability to turn a design sketch or idea into a polished product BAEMINGO'S PHILOSOPHY The best restaurants deserve the best digital tools Restaurants should have a real financial partner, not just a point-of-sale system Personal support makes a big difference The best software is the kind users don't have to think about – it just works OTHER INFORMATION Scope: Full-time, employment Start: By agreement Salary: Competitive Working hours: Office hours Location: Central Stockholm (on-site work) RECRUITMENT PROCESS & CONTACT This is a direct recruitment, which means the selected candidate will be hired directly by Baemingo.
