We are strengthening our architecture function and are now seeking a senior Enterprise architect with previous experience in BI, analysis of large data sets, and AI applications. About the job As an Enterprise architect and part of the Swedish Tax Agency's architecture governance, you are a key person in the work with target architecture and transition architectures to structure the Swedish Tax Agency's shift toward a more data-driven and digitalized operation. You work within the Common Services area. Our mission is to support all of the Swedish Tax Agency's business areas. The Swedish Tax Agency is currently undergoing a comprehensive renewal of our analysis operations to modernize and further improve for our analysts and the operations we support with selections for investigation and control. As an Enterprise architect, you take the lead and drive the work with target architecture and changed ways of working. The work is carried out in close collaboration with our system architects. You actively drive and anchor our issues in the Architecture Review Board, and you represent us in various forums at the Swedish Tax Agency. The Swedish Tax Agency uses SAFe as a framework and we work together with other departments in agile development value streams. You will coach system architects so that they can apply and realize the target and concept architecture as well as work closely with other EA teams in their operations' analysis needs. You develop new architecture concepts based on business capabilities and recommend what creates value for the operation. You move at a strategic and tactical level, but also have the ability to work operationally by contributing to the definition of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and supporting important decisions within solution architecture. The Swedish Tax Agency's IT department is one of Sweden's largest with nearly 1,800 employees, and in our broad IT operations we are responsible for development, operations, and management of a comprehensive IT landscape while gradually moving toward a modern technical environment based on service and container technology. The size and breadth of the operation gives you good opportunities to develop both in depth and breadth, while you are also offered flexible working hours and a good balance between work and leisure. You will be part of the Common Services unit at the IT department, with placement in Sundbyberg, Visby, Göteborg, or Malmö. In this job you should: - be results-oriented and ensure both the group's and your own performance - be able to analyze information flows, see connections, patterns, and make limitations - have good leadership qualities, have the ability to see the whole picture and present information that is relevant in context - have good collaboration skills, be helpful, and have good conduct - have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible, and be able to adapt to changes - be able to communicate our message in different types of forums and express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish You should also have: - relevant higher education in IT, or equivalent knowledge acquired in working life that the employer deems relevant - several years of current and relevant work experience with application and information architecture at enterprise level in a large complex IT environment - experience of being responsible for an architecture roadmap - experience of developing target architecture - current and relevant work experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies and services within BI - broad and deep work experience in BI It is desirable that you have relevant work experience in: - leading workshops for business modeling - using models to analyze and document architecture - atomic design - inner source - organization-wide common services - having led and supported other architects Good to know The employment is permanent and may be initiated with a trial employment of six months. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification.
