On the controller unit, we are nine employees who together are responsible for developing and strengthening the administration's financial management. We are now seeking a senior controller who wants to contribute experience, analytical ability, and drive to an operation with great breadth and extensive operational and investment activities. As a senior controller, you work both operatively and strategically with budgets, follow-up, forecasts, and financial analyses. You provide qualified support to managers, project leaders, project owners, and employees on financial matters. The role is currently focused on Operations and maintenance. The role includes, among other things Responsibility for budget, forecast, and follow-up work. Developing analyses and financial decision-making materials for operations management. Highlighting financial consequences, risks, and enabling support for operational decisions. Supporting the organization on matters related to operations, investment, and project activities. Driving and participating in the development of routines, working methods, and finance processes. Being an active participant in the continued development of the administration's financial management together with colleagues and management. Participating in other occurring tasks within the finance department. Qualifications We are looking for you who have A bachelor's degree in finance, public administration, or education, and experience that the employer considers equivalent. Seven years of experience working as a controller or in a corresponding, qualified finance role. Good experience with budget, forecast, and follow-up work. Experience in accounting and financial analysis. Very good system proficiency and strong Excel skills. Unimpeded proficiency in Swedish, spoken and written. Merits Experience with investment accounting, project accounting, and financial management in larger and complex organizations, for example within city development or technical operations. Experience working in the public sector. Experience with Agresso/Unit4 ERP. Experience with Hypergene or equivalent systems for financial follow-up and analysis. Experience with project accounting or financial follow-up of projects. Who are you as a person?
