We are looking for an experienced and driven Controller/Finance Consultant for a strategic and long-term assignment within public administration. You will have a central role in budget work, forecasts, financial monitoring, and financial analysis related to major projects and investments. The role involves close collaboration with project management, steering committees, and operations managers, as well as active participation in developing financial processes and decision-making materials. About the Role As a consultant, you are responsible for: driving and developing financial monitoring in major projects analyzing financial outcomes and identifying deviations working with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning preparing reports and decision-making materials for management and steering committees contributing financial advice on project and investment matters ensuring quality in project accounting and financial processes We are Looking for You Who Have a university degree in economics or other relevant education solid experience as a Controller with a focus on financial planning, monitoring, and analysis experience with financial monitoring in infrastructure, construction, or project-based work experience with project accounting and qualified financial work worked with large project budgets and forecasting processes good understanding of financial management in project-oriented operations experience with financial monitoring systems such as Hypergene, Antura, Avima, or similar tools Meritorious It is particularly meritorious if you have: experience from the public sector worked in Hypergene experience with risk management, risk reporting, and financial consequence analyses in projects Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, we see that you are: analytical and structured self-driven and responsible communicative with good collaboration skills accustomed to working in complex organizations and project environments Assignment Period: Start: immediately through May 15, 2028.
