o Implement, review, and approve ERP solutions in accordance with the conceptual design and ensure alignment with functional and non-functional requirements within projects and development activities.
o Lead scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for projects and changes, propose solutions to key gaps, prepare effort estimates, and coordinate progress with business teams.
o Define and prioritize SAP ERP product functionalities in collaboration with business subject matter experts.
o Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide customers with presentations and solution demonstrations as needed.
o Actively monitor new features of ERP cloud solutions with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and supporting continuous productivity improvements; initiate their implementation, align them with business needs, and ensure successful rollout.
o Coach and mentor less experienced team members within the assigned process area.
o Provide customers with expert digital and technical consulting in an efficient and understandable manner.
o Lead SAP ERP solution deliveries with emphasis on reusing existing solutions and standardization.
o Perform additional tasks assigned by direct manager that correspond to the employee's professional capabilities, experience, and competencies
