Implement, review, and approve ERP solutions in accordance with conceptual designs and ensure their alignment with functional and non-functional requirements across projects and development initiatives.
o Lead scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for projects and changes, propose solutions for key gaps, prepare effort estimates, and coordinate progress with business teams.
o Define and prioritize SAP ERP product functionalities in collaboration with business domain experts.
o Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide presentations and solution demonstrations to customers as needed.
o Actively monitor new features in ERP cloud solutions with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and supporting continuous productivity improvements; initiate their adoption, align them with business needs, and ensure their implementation.
o Coach and mentor less experienced team members within your assigned process area.
o Provide customers with expert digital and technical consulting in an efficient and understandable manner.
o Lead SAP ERP solution deliveries with a focus on reusing existing solutions and standardization.
o Perform additional tasks assigned by your direct supervisor that correspond to your professional capabilities, experience, and competencies.
