Senior Business Analyst / Change Consultant in Risk & Transformation Adecco is now recruiting a Senior Business Analyst / Change Consultant for a consulting assignment with a client in the banking and financial services sector. Then this could be the right assignment for you. About the AssignmentThis is a consulting assignment starting 2026-10-01 and running through 2027-05-31. You will be part of a strategic and mission-critical program linked to Next Gen Sanctions. The project involves replacing a screening solution that is approximately 25 years old with a modern platform. For the client, this is one of the most prioritized initiatives in the organization and is described as a "heart transplant" where the new solution needs to function seamlessly through the entire process and system chain. There is very little room for error, and the project's success is business-critical. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced consultant who can ensure that the organization is ready for the change, manage risk-related activities, and coordinate work between operations, risk functions, and IT. You will be part of a project organization of approximately 10-20 people and will work closely with several key stakeholders within the organization. ResponsibilitiesRisk Management Coordinate meetings and documentation within the risk area Gather, review, and quality assure documents and materials Ensure that the project's deliverables meet the organization's requirements and guidelines Coordinate stakeholders and support communication between different functions Contribute to identifying, following up on, and managing risk-related issues within the program Requirements Management Drive and coordinate requirements gathering between operations and IT Identify dependencies and requirements related to payments, integrations, data storage, and operational processes Manage and maintain requirements documentation Create alignment among different stakeholders regarding requirements and priorities UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Support planning and execution of UAT Coordinate test participants and test activities Define test scenarios and ensure traceability between requirements and tests Manage deviations, follow-up, and reporting Support sign-off and approval prior to production deployment Business Readiness Ensure the organization's readiness for change and Go-Live Support communication and training initiatives Coordinate Super Users and Hypercare activities Plan and execute activities related to Business Readiness Participate in readiness assessments and organizational approvals Support the organization through the change journey and ensure a successful transition to new ways of working We are Looking for Someone WhoHas several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Change Manager, Business Readiness Lead, Project Coordinator, or similar role Has experience from the banking and financial services sector Has experience with large transformation or change programs Has solid experience with Business Readiness Has experience with Risk Management or risk-related processes Has experience with requirements management and stakeholder management Has experience with UAT and operational testing Can navigate between operations, risk functions, and IT Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English Meritorious QualificationsExperience with sanctions, screening, or compliance-related initiatives Experience with payment flows and financial processes Experience with Model Validation or Model Risk Management Experience with regulatory change initiatives Personal Qualities We place great importance on personality and are looking for someone who: Is a team player who thrives in close collaboration with others Is pragmatic and solution-oriented Is structured, thorough, and takes responsibility Is flexible and can handle changing priorities in a dynamic environment Has experience with change management and change work Is communicative and skilled at building trust with different stakeholders Contributes to a positive team culture through energy, social competence, and humor while maintaining a professional approach About the AssignmentAssignment period: 2026-10-01 to 2027-05-31 Scope: Full-time (100%) Location: Sundbyberg About Adecco As a consultant via Adecco, you have the opportunity to work on assignments with some of the market's most interesting organizations.
