Responsibilities As a Section Manager, you are responsible for your part of the operations and share overall leadership with a Section Manager colleague at the facility. You have joint responsibility for the whole, but each manage your own staff groups and work teams. You also participate in a leadership group together with other Section Managers within the healthcare and care residential facilities. We are looking for you to provide present, clear, and operational leadership. Here you have the opportunity to actively take responsibility for collaboration, work methods, and structure, and ensure that the mission is conducted according to established goals and frameworks. You work closely with both day and night operations and create conditions for functional whole-day work. The role includes responsibility for staffing, work environment, rehabilitation processes, and competency development. You lead dialogues and help create a safe and professional work environment for employees. You are an active part of our systematic quality work. With the support of our quality registers, through dialogues and quality councils, we drive continuous improvements with the quality of care in focus. But what is most important is not just what we work with, but how we do it. Qualifications Requirements for the position: A relevant academic degree, minimum 180 credit hours. Management experience, minimum 1 year Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meriting factors: Completed management or leadership training Work experience related to healthcare and care Documented experience driving successful development projects Experience in digitalization and e-health We are looking for someone who can lead, motivate, and empower others to reach common goals. You should be able to coordinate groups, create engagement, and be a point of reference. Confidence, stability, and self-awareness are important, as is seeing relationships in the right perspective and handling them constructively. Clear communication is essential. You should ensure that messages get across and expectations are clear, while also following up to ensure efficiency. We are looking for someone who sees the bigger picture, considers the broader perspective, and acts with the organization's best interests in mind. Perseverance is important to stay motivated despite setbacks. You should work until projects are completed or goals are reached. Good collaboration skills are also necessary; you should be able to listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
