To the care and residential facility Trevnaden, we are seeking an engaged section manager who wants to develop the operations, staff, and the future of elderly care. You will share leadership with Viktoria and play an important role in developing the operations, creating smarter work methods, and building a work environment where staff thrive and grow. Trevnaden is centrally located in Malmö, near Södervärn, and offers a pleasant environment with a large park-like garden, walking path, outdoor gym, and its own chicken coop. The facility is star-marked and staff have knowledge and tools for a person-centered approach to dementia care. At Trevnaden there is a unit for people with dementia who have special and extended need for support and care. Duties As section manager, you will have a central role in leading and developing the operations and creating good conditions for both staff and elderly residents. You lead the daily operations and work closely with your staff by guiding, supporting, and creating engagement in the team. You are responsible for work environment, rehabilitation, staffing, skills development, and staff conversations. With clear and trust-based leadership, you create structure and participation and give staff the conditions to succeed in their assignments. An important part of the role is ensuring that the operations comply with laws, governing documents, policies, and processes. You are also involved in our quality and development work, including through the quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert. As part of the management team, you get the opportunity to work together with your manager and other section managers to drive development and create conditions for safe, quality, and efficient care. Qualifications We are looking for you who have: A relevant academic degree of at least 180 credits Experience working in a management position Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written The following experience is advantageous: Completed management or leadership training Work experience related to care and elderly care Documented experience driving successful development projects Experience with digitalization and e-health We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate others and create the conditions to reach common goals. At the same time, you are an attentive and collaborative person who contributes to good relationships and constructive solutions, even in challenging situations and conflicts.
