As a scrum master, your task is to promote collaboration and communication within and outside the development team with an agile approach as the foundation. With a communicative and coaching style, you guide teams in driving toward delivering value based on the shared rules you've established. You support product owners in managing the backlog and can also serve as the team's spokesperson in various networks. In your role as scrum master, you help teams identify obstacles and remove them.
