About the Role As a maintenance technician, you will work to ensure stable and safe operation of production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs and improvement work within mechanical and pneumatic systems as well as basic electrical and control systems. You work independently and have an important function during operational disruptions, while also contributing your experience by supporting and developing colleagues in the team. Your main responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues within mechanical, pneumatic and basic electrical and control systems Conduct root cause analyses for recurring faults and major operational disruptions. Participate in and drive improvement work to increase operational reliability and availability. Guide, support and share knowledge with less experienced colleagues. Perform planned and corrective maintenance of production equipment. Who are you? You are a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge, supporting others and thrives in the role of technical mentor. You have at least 3–5 years of experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic or in a similar role. You have a three-year secondary education in technology, industry, mechanics or equivalent field. You can work independently, take responsibility for your work and have a structured work approach. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license and valid forklift certification are required. Who are we?
