Your Responsibilities
As part of our winter team, you will:
· Be responsible for keeping roads, pathways, entrances, and parking areas clear of snow and ice hazards.
· Shovel snow by hand and spread salt/sand as needed.
· Operate equipment (wheel loaders, tractors, or similar) for snow removal if you have the proper experience.
· Help ensure our customers' environments remain safe and secure during the winter months.
Who Are You?
To thrive with us, you need to be flexible, stress-resilient, and willing to put in effort when needed. The work often involves early mornings, late evenings, or short notice depending on weather, so you must be prepared for irregular working hours.
Qualifications:
· A Class B driver's license is required. Equipment operator certification is a plus but not required.
· Experience operating machinery (wheel loaders, tractors, tool carriers) is an asset.
· Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
