LLC "Daugavpils Housing and Utilities Company", which ensures quality, safe and sustainable management of the residential housing stock in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy: PLUMBER, profession code: 7126 01. Work location: Daugavpils city. Main job responsibilities: perform technical maintenance, servicing and repair of water supply, sewerage and heating systems in managed residential buildings; carry out technical inspections of plumbing systems and equipment; eliminate damage and emergency situations in water supply, sewerage and heating systems; perform repair and replacement of pipes, valves, taps, sanitary fixtures and other plumbing equipment; prevent sewage blockages and perform necessary cleaning work; perform heating system maintenance and repair, as well as prepare them for the heating season; perform other duties related to plumbing work in accordance with job specifics and supervisor instructions. Required qualifications and requirements for candidates: secondary professional education; at least 1 (one) year of practical work experience in plumbing; state language proficiency level A2, confirmed by appropriate documentation; good practical skills in plumbing system repair and maintenance; responsible and careful attitude towards work; ability to independently organize and perform assigned work duties; ability to work in a team and cooperate with colleagues.
