SIA "Rīgas nami" invites applications for SANITARY AND HYGIENE SUPERVISION SPECIALIST WE OFFER: exciting and dynamic work; hourly wage rate 8.98 EUR (gross); working hours according to schedule; motivating benefits (health insurance after probation period, paid professional certifications, additional days off, training, etc.), professional development opportunities. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: ensuring quality and hygiene control in trade operations; performing food product quality control during trade operations (in the open territory of Centrāltirgus, in Centrāltirgus pavilions and in the night market territory); ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the company; performing product quality control during storage, data registration; monitoring the execution of disinsection services. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: secondary professional education in food technology; at least 2 years of experience in a food circulation company; knowledge of currently applicable regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia governing job duties; good communication and cooperation skills; ability to make decisions and respond and act in emergency, non-standard situations; high sense of responsibility, results-oriented; computer skills at an experienced user level in Microsoft Office environment, experience using information systems; state language proficiency at C1 level.
