Job Responsibilities: Clean and disinfect production facilities, machinery, and equipment Cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, drains, and work surfaces Follow hygiene routines and safety regulations (e.g., protective clothing and hand washing) Use approved cleaning and disinfection agents Document completed cleaning according to procedures and control programs Prevent food contamination (bacteria, allergens, dirt) Occasionally work after production hours, for example evenings or nights Important Qualities: Meticulousness and sense of responsibility Understanding of hygiene and safety Ability to follow instructions and procedures
