The work is characterized by precision, craftsmanship, and great variety. About the Position We are now seeking an experienced and meticulous sand mold maker for our foundry in Vetlanda. You will work with the production and processing of sand molds for casting in bronze and aluminum. The role is hands-on and requires a good understanding of molding, materials, and work processes in a foundry. Since many of our projects are customer-customized and vary in execution, we are looking for someone who thrives in craftwork where quality and precision are paramount. Your Responsibilities Produce sand molds for casting in bronze and aluminum. Process and adjust molds to ensure proper fit and quality. Prepare molds for casting. Participate in the casting process as needed. Work closely with other production colleagues. Follow procedures for quality, safety, and work environment. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has Experience in sand molding within foundry work or similar operations. Good craftsmanship skills and a feel for accuracy and precision. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Practical hands-on skills and a responsible work approach. Experience in metal casting is a merit but not required.
