We're looking for a skilled colleague who can read drawings, adjust parameters, and take pride in their work. What will your responsibilities include? • Independent operation and setup of CNC lathes. • Production process preparation: Setting cutting parameters, selecting tools, clamping and aligning workpieces. • Documentation work: Reading technical drawings and determining work procedures. • Quality control: Continuous and final measurement of manufactured parts. • Maintenance: Basic care of assigned equipment and maintaining simple records of work results. What do we expect from you? • Experience with CNC lathes or education in mechanical engineering (suitable for skilled graduates as well). • Knowledge of drawing documentation and ability to navigate correction settings. • Knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens systems (a significant advantage, but not required). • Attention to detail and responsibility—precise measurement is our foundation. • Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (morning/afternoon).
