Morning shifts Mon – Sun 5.00 – 13.30, irregular schedule • Preparation and cooking of meals based on nutritionists' requirements, following the dietary system • Responsibility for maintaining standards in food preparation, production, thermal processing procedures, and food quality • Compliance with hygiene standards per HACCP, adherence to occupational safety and health regulations • Food service at the employee cafeteria • Food service using the tablet system for patients • Cleaning of own workstation • Required: Professional culinary training without secondary school diploma—Chef specialty • Minimum 3 years of experience as an independent chef • Attention to detail, reliability, pleasant demeanor, professionalism, creative approach, willingness to work Starting salary 26,600,- + bonuses 0-4,000,- per month • Supplements for work on weekends and holidays • Net salary transfer to account always by the 18th of the month • 25 days vacation, 3 days sick leave—health days off • Employee benefits – contribution to pension insurance for self-employed, company catering, free flu vaccination and many others, BENEFITS CAFETERIA (5,000,- Kč/year for sports, culture, recreation, health, education, books)
