We're now looking for a coordinator for one of our group homes within LSS in Enskede-Årsta-Vantör. Welcome to us EnSkede-Årsta-Vantör's group homes and service homes within LSS consist of 16 units. In our units, adults with disabilities live in their own apartments with the opportunity for social interaction in common areas. Our mission is to offer support and services based on each individual's needs, abilities and wishes. We actively work to promote equality, self-determination and full participation in community life. The work is characterized by a pedagogical and structured approach and a low-affective and respectful manner. We work to create security, continuity and good quality in the daily lives of our users. We're now looking for a coordinator for one of our group homes in Årsta. The role is new and you'll have the opportunity to be involved in shaping and developing the assignment from the ground up. You'll work closely with the unit manager, support pedagogue and other staff, contributing to structure, planning and quality in daily work. Your role As a coordinator, you have a central and operations-focused role where you combine direct user-focused work with administration, planning and coordination. You're an important link between the unit manager and staff, contributing to structure and continuity in daily work. About half of your working time consists of coordination and administrative tasks, and about half of direct user-focused work. You work on behalf of the unit manager with planning, staffing, documentation and follow-up, and provide continuous feedback to the unit manager. In the direct user-focused work, you provide support, services and care based on each individual's needs and wishes. You collaborate with users, relatives and other stakeholders and help ensure that the operation's routines and working methods function in everyday life. The role includes, among other things: Contribute to structure, planning and follow-up of operations Coordinate and support daily work Work with scheduling, staffing planning and locum procurement Collaborate with users, relatives and external stakeholders Support work with documentation and local routines Communicate information between the unit manager and staff Provide direct user-focused support, services and care based on each individual's needs and wishes Your skills and experience We're looking for someone who has: High school education as a nursing assistant or other education that the employer deems equivalent Experience working within LSS Experience working as a coordinator or similar coordinating role Good knowledge of documentation and administrative systems Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Good computer skills It's also a merit if you have experience with: Working in a group home or service home Scheduling, staffing planning and locum procurement Working with low-affective approach and clarifying pedagogy Working with documentation, deviations and quality follow-up Working with Medvind or similar scheduling systems. We're looking for someone who is secure, structured and responsible. You have a good ability to plan, prioritize and create structure in daily work. You're unpretentious and find it easy to collaborate with others. You're clear in your communication and have a professional and respectful manner. You enjoy a role where you can switch between coordinating tasks and direct user-focused work, and where you need to be able to handle both planned and more acute situations.
