We are now seeking a coordinator for Bräcke care and housing facility Hornstull. Here you will have an important role in ensuring staffing, planning, and the practical operations of the facility run smoothly. Bräcke Diakoni operates care and housing facilities in several locations, and together we work to ensure that each person can be in control of their own life. Some of our facilities are also academic housing facilities, where we develop our work in collaboration with Marie Cederschiöld University. Your role in the team As a coordinator, you are an important part of the team and work closely with both the operations manager and staff members. You help create structure and planning in daily operations, so that colleagues have the right conditions to do a good job and residents are met with a safe and well-functioning facility. The role is varied—some matters can be planned well in advance, while others need to be addressed as they arise. In this role, you will primarily work with: Staffing and scheduling Practical and administrative support for the team Coordination of operations, including activities, meetings, and contacts with residents and their families At Hornstull Hornstull has 36 residents and approximately 45 staff members with different roles and competencies. Together we work to create a safe and meaningful daily life for people with dementia. At the same time, Hornstull is part of Bräcke Diakoni's elderly care services, with care and housing facilities in Stockholm, Värmdö, Alingsås, and Göteborg. This gives us the opportunity to share experiences, learn from each other, and develop work methods together. You plan ahead but can also adapt when something changes, for example due to sick leave or other urgent needs in the facility. In your interactions, you are clear, helpful, and respectful, and you contribute to ensuring that shared decisions and working methods function in everyday work. Qualifications Certified nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title Experience with staffing, scheduling, or other personnel-related administration Experience in elderly care or other health and social care operations Good proficiency with digital tools and administrative systems Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing We welcome your application! The extract must cover Work in homes with elderly people and people with disabilities and must not be older than six months.
