WORK DUTIES
We are seeking a courageous, driven, and innovative coordinator with quality management responsibility within special housing.
The function is a support function to the unit manager regarding the administrative and coordinating tasks that are typically found in special housing. Beyond this, a major task involves evaluating and developing the quality of the housing, such as social documentation, permanent care contact, preparation of implementation plans, and deviation management.
The role of coordinator in our special housing facilities means that work tasks can vary from day to day but can also be repetitive and uniform. The work tasks in the role are largely driven by needs within the entire housing facility, but are heavily characterized by the needs the unit manager has in their assignment. Many of the coordinator's tasks come from multiple sources, and prioritization skills are important to be able to deliver service to the unit manager, staff, and other partners in the administration. The coordinator should work together with the unit manager to promote good resident and family relations, satisfied employees, balanced finances, a good work environment, and good quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with upper secondary education focused on healthcare and elderly care, administrative education, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We want you to have experience from administrative work such as planning, staffing, and administration. It is an advantage if you have experience working in elderly care.
It is a merit if you have previously worked with our business systems Sensio, Timecare, Lifecare, and Self Service. As a person, you are communicative, structured, and clear. You should have a good eye for logistics and planning. Furthermore, we see that you have the ability to plan and organize your work. You are also good at following instructions, procedures, statutory requirements, and policy, and adhering to set schedules, and you have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
For the position, a B driving license and access to a car are required.
