About Us
Solna Municipality is seeking a contact person for a 21-year-old man who needs support in breaking social isolation and developing a more active and meaningful leisure life. As a contact person, you will be an important social support and contribute to a meaningful leisure life. The assignment encompasses approximately 4 hours per month and involves finding activities together that foster development and participation.
For this person, it is important that you as a contact person are engaged and creative. You come with ideas, enjoy intellectual conversations, and ideally have some form of civic engagement.

What the Work Involves
The assignment encompasses approximately 4 hours per month.
As a contact person, you serve as a fellow human being and social support. You encourage and participate in activities that contribute to a more active and enriching leisure life. Through your presence, you help create social community and break isolation.
Activities may include:
Going to the gym together
Attending concerts
Going to the cinema
Having a coffee or taking a walk
Shopping or making simple outings
Who Are We Looking For?
For this assignment, it is important that you understand individuals with NPF (neuropsychiatric disabilities) and their individual needs. You are responsive, have strong collaboration skills, and can create trust in relationships. You are proactive and come up with activities you can do together. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you have:
Experience working with individuals with NPF (neuropsychiatric disabilities).
Experience in supportive and social work.
Experience from healthcare, care services, or educational activities.
Education in healthcare and social services, social work, pedagogy, or equivalent education.
