Responsibilities In this role, you work operatively and close to business, responsible for the entire staffing process – from needs analysis to follow-up. You match consultants to customer needs and are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both consultants and clients. You drive your own processes while collaborating with colleagues on delivery and business development. The role is broad and gives you the opportunity to gradually build your own consultant network and customer portfolio. Your main responsibilities: Match and place consultants based on customer needs Build and develop relationships with customers and consultants Manage dialogue, agreements, and follow-up Drive and develop collaborations with existing customers Ensure quality in delivery Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements: Experience working in sales, customer relations, or staffing Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Desirable: Experience from the staffing or consulting industry Post-secondary education in a relevant field We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks and drives their work forward. You are confident in dialogue with others and have the ability to build trust over time. You work in a structured manner, prioritize quality, and handle a varied pace. At the same time, you contribute to the team through a solution-oriented and collaborative approach.
