We are now looking for a Produce Department Manager Are you passionate about fresh produce in vibrant colors and excellent customer service every day? We are seeking an engaged and driven produce manager who leads, plans, and ensures that we can offer our customers an inspiring, fresh, and well-stocked department every day - year-round. Your responsibilities will include: · Leading your team in the department · Ordering responsibility · Displaying and merchandising products in an appealing way · Pricing the assortment · Ensuring the department is always well-maintained, fresh, and inspiring · Adapting assortment and displays based on season, new items, and current holidays · Controlling quality, freshness, and reducing waste · Networking with other produce managers in Maxi stores in the southeast We are looking for you if you: · Always put the customer first and exceed customer expectations every day · Enjoy creating order, structure, and appealing displays · Are responsible and self-directed · Have a good sense of service and customer interaction · Are comfortable with physical work where the pace can sometimes be high · Are flexible and can help where the store needs you most We offer you: · A key role in one of the store's most important departments · Opportunity to influence and develop the assortment · Wellness allowance and several other employee benefits This position is a permanent employment at approximately 80-100%.
