Do you want to help customers find the best solutions while working in an energetic team driven by goals and competition? As a sales representative at Telia's store in Lund, your task is to understand each customer's need for services and products and, based on that, create customized solutions. My name is Julia Berglund and I'm Acting Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and constant learning. Our daily work consists of helping customers find the right products for both personal and professional life. Cases range from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, but also how business customers can set up or improve their phone system. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts when it comes to customer solutions. We're looking for you who love creating customer relationships, take own initiatives, and are driven by finding the right solution for each customer - and of course you like to sell (both in-store, by phone & other sales activities).
