LTMA Group AB is seeking a driven and social sales representative who wants to be part of developing our new brand Borås Städservice. We are an established cleaning company in Borås and currently work with both private individuals, companies, property owners, and construction firms. Now we're investing further in Borås Städservice and we're looking for you to join us on this journey and help us grow. About the Role As a sales representative, you will actively work to find new customers and build long-term customer relationships. The focus is primarily on corporate customers in Borås and surrounding areas, but the private market may also be relevant. The work includes: • Contacting and developing new potential customers • Scheduling and conducting customer meetings • Presenting our services and finding the right solution for the customer • Following up on inquiries and quotes • Building and developing long-term customer relationships • Being part of developing sales and Borås Städservice together with us Who Are We Looking For? Above all, we're looking for the right person. You are social, driven, and enjoy making new contacts. You need to be able to work independently, take your own initiative, and be willing to pick up the phone or visit potential customers. Previous sales experience is a merit, particularly B2B sales, but what matters most to us is your attitude and determination to succeed. We believe you: • Are positive, trustworthy, and communicative • Have natural drive and enjoy doing business • Are organized and follow up on your contacts • Thrive with responsibility and freedom • Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Have a B-class driver's license (preferably manual) What Do We Offer?
