Byggimperium Sverige AB is now seeking a driven and business-minded Sales Manager / Project Manager who wants to help develop our operations in renovation, reconstruction, and building contracting. About the position As a sales manager and project manager, you are responsible for the entire business – from the first customer contact to completed quote and handover to production. You work with both incoming inquiries and active new customer outreach to private individuals, housing associations, and businesses. Your responsibilities Process incoming leads and quote requests. Conduct customer meetings and site visits. Prepare quotes and follow up on deals. Build and develop long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with site managers and craftspeople throughout the project. Work actively on sales and development of your district. We're looking for someone who Has experience in sales, project management, or the construction industry. Is self-directed and takes responsibility. Is sociable and builds trust easily. Has good business acumen and enjoys making deals. Thrives with freedom and responsibility. Has a valid driver's license (category B). Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently. Experience from the construction, renovation, or contracting industry is a merit. We offer Base salary with an attractive commission model or the opportunity to work as an independent contractor.
