Inside Sales Representative for Existing Customers About the Role Do you have at least one year of experience in outbound sales and enjoy building strong customer relationships? Then this might be the right role for you. We're looking for an inside sales representative who wants to work with existing customers and develop further within sales. Here you'll have the opportunity to work with customers who already have a relationship with the company, where the focus is on understanding the customer's needs, following up, and finding the right solutions. What Does the Job Involve? As an inside sales representative, you'll primarily work with existing customers via phone. You'll maintain ongoing contact with customers, follow up on previous conversations, and identify opportunities for upselling and new business. Sales are conducted in a natural, relationship-building way, where you start from the customer's needs and present relevant products and services. You'll work in a structured manner toward established goals and become an important part of an engaged team where customer relationships, sales, and results are in focus. The role suits you if you like phone sales but appreciate working with existing customers where there's already a basic relationship.
