We're now looking for you to start as a sales representative – and grow into the role of Team Leader at Verisure in Halmstad. Here you get the chance to combine sales, team spirit, and leadership – in a role where you make a real difference. 💼 About the role: You begin your journey as a security sales representative and learn the fundamentals of our offering, our customers, and our sales methodology. With support from leaders and colleagues, you develop step by step – with the goal of taking the leap to Team Leader. When you're ready, you'll take on greater responsibility where you: - Work with your own field sales – and lead by example through your performance. - Coach, motivate, and support your team toward shared goals. - Contribute to strong team spirit, sales culture, and work environment. This is a perfect role for someone who has a drive to sell – but also a desire to develop others. ✅ We're looking for you if you: - Have sales experience – preferably field or face-to-face. - Are social, responsible, and motivated by goals. - Have an interest in coaching, inspiring, and leading others. - Have a B-class driver's license and are free from remarks in the criminal record and UC. - Can work Monday–Thursday 1–9 PM and Friday 10 AM–6 PM. Previous leadership experience is a merit – but not a requirement.
