We are now recruiting a sales representative with administrative responsibility for our Hässleholm location.

Your Responsibilities
The position is fundamentally a sales role with significant independent responsibility. You meet our customers in the store, help them find the right solution based on their needs, and then follow the business all the way through to completion.
You will also gain insight into and understanding of the entire process – from the customer's first contact with us to finished installation.

Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone who is sociable, service-oriented and enjoys meeting people. You have a natural interest in sales and business, and thrive with taking personal responsibility to drive things forward. You are thorough and organized, and enjoy following up on what you start and ensuring things get completed.
You communicate easily, build trust and develop good relationships with customers. At the same time, you thrive in a varied role where you can combine customer contact and sales with administrative tasks.
You are curious, solution-oriented and have a desire to learn more about our products, installations and the industry as a whole. Sales experience is a merit, but for us it is above all important to find the right person with the right attitude and the desire to develop.
Information and Contact
You will be based at Elda's store in Hässleholm, where a large part of your workday will consist of customer meetings, sales and administration. When needed, you will also make home visits to customers or accompany and assist our installers to gain a better understanding of our products and installations. Some days you work together with a colleague and other days you manage your customer matters independently.
Working hours are scheduled for weekdays, Monday–Friday, with recurring work on Saturdays according to schedule.
The position starts with a fixed-term contract of 6 months which is then expected to convert to a permanent position.
