Depot Sales Representative needed in Stenungsund
We are looking for a service-oriented and engaged inside sales representative for our project depot in Stenungsund. About the Role
As an inside sales representative, your main task is to create value for our customers by offering first-class service, sales, and rental of our machines and services. You function as a central point of contact, help customers navigate our range, and show how our solutions can simplify their daily operations.
The role involves both customer contact at the depot and operational work – sometimes also on-site with customers. You ensure that the entire rental process runs smoothly and make sure customers receive the guidance and service they need from start to finish.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, technically interested, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working closely with customers, are responsible, and have a knack for finding solutions when challenges arise.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
Class B driver's license
Good computer skills
Strong knowledge of both Swedish and English
We believe you are a communicative and trustworthy person who takes responsibility for your tasks and dares to take initiative. You are flexible, stress-resistant, and a team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
It's a merit if you also have:
Machine experience from the construction, contracting, or industrial sector
Experience with basic machine repairs and service
Background in rental, logistics, or technical customer service
Forklift certification
