We are now looking for a driven and engaged customer service representative with a focus on Sales. Ordning och Reda currently operates at 5 station locations: Umeå, Vännäs, Vindeln, Nordmaling, and Bjurholm. You will work administratively with a focus on sales toward all station locations according to set targets, but your station location and office will be at our new premises at Västerslätt Umeå. Your main responsibilities will be ongoing customer service, administrative tasks, and sales. You will also have a great opportunity to help develop the Ordning och Reda platform. A valid B driver's license and fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) are required. For success in this role, we see that you have experience in sales and customer contact, as well as good computer skills. Experience in customer service or similar roles is a significant plus. Work is based on weekdays during daytime hours. We offer good conditions and a favorable wellness allowance. The position is 50-75% in the initial phase and can, upon request and if performance is satisfactory, transition to full-time shortly.
