Are you a structured and sales-oriented person with a passion for building long-term customer relationships and ensuring the right person is matched to the right job? We are now looking for a Coordinator who wants to help drive our operations within our local business area.
As one of Sweden's leading providers of household-related services, we are growing, and to continue delivering high-quality services, we need you—someone who is passionate about creating order, efficiency, and satisfied customers in everyday life. The coordinator role is central to our operations; you will be the link between our customers and our employees, and your work will determine how well we succeed in matching the right skills to the right assignment.
What does a Coordinator do?
As a coordinator, you are responsible for planning and distributing customer assignments based on our veterans' skills and availability. You build and maintain good relationships with both customers and employees, manage ongoing contacts, and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved quickly and professionally. You work actively with scheduling and staffing planning, and collaborate closely with the Area Manager to ensure operations run as smoothly as possible.
You also play an active role in our growth, working proactively with potential new customers—both private individuals, companies, and housing cooperatives. You identify business opportunities and help strengthen our local presence. In this role, you get the opportunity to combine your sales focus with coordination, and see how your work directly contributes to more customers choosing us and the business continuing to grow.
Your main responsibilities will therefore include:
Actively working to build the customer base through sales and business development.
Prospecting and new customer acquisition.
Building and expanding the Veteran network through recruitment and hiring.
Conducting introductions and training for new Veterans.
Handling incoming customer inquiries and matching the right Veteran to assignments.
Coordinating timesheets and other administrative tasks.
Participating in events and arrangements such as veteran meetups and trade fairs.
Who is our next Coordinator?
We are looking for someone with experience working in a broad and fast-paced role where you have been able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, preferably within administration, recruitment, or staffing. You have good system skills and thrive in a role where telephone contact with customers and employees is an important part of your daily work. If you have previous experience from RUT or ROT services, that is a merit.
To summarize, we see that you have:
Experience with customer contact and sales.
System skills (CRM, Office suite, etc.)
Enjoy communicating by phone and building relationships.
Thorough, structured, and solution-oriented.
Self-driven and results-focused.
So, are you our next Coordinator at Veterankraft? The position is a full-time temporary contract running from 2027-01-11 to 2027-10-31. There is an opportunity to start the position earlier for onboarding and training. We handle applications and interviews on a rolling basis. Send in your application as soon as possible!
