Closers AB · Full-time
Västberga Allé 1, Stockholm, Sweden
About Speeron Speeron is a Swedish innovation company headquartered in Solna, Stockholm. Since its founding in 2007, the company has developed technology solutions for the hotel industry, healthcare, and public sector, with a focus on digitalizing operations and improving user experience. The company is an established integration and technology partner in hospitality and helps hotels create a seamless digital guest journey. Speeron offers solutions that include digital check-in and check-out, mobile keys, guest communication, networking and WiFi, in-room entertainment, IPTV, digital signage, IoT, and integrations with, for example, the hotel's booking, payment, and lock systems. Market Situation The hotel industry continues to digitalize as guest expectations for simple, fast, and seamless digital experiences increase. Hotels also need to streamline operations, reduce manual processes, and create new opportunities for service and revenue throughout the guest journey. Speeron's offering meets these needs by consolidating technology that often exists in separate systems. The platform can, for example, integrate digital check-in and check-out, mobile keys, TV and in-room entertainment, networking, digital signage, and IoT with the hotel's existing systems. Speeron has worked with several well-known players in the hotel industry. The company has, among other things, delivered solutions to hotels within Best Western, Strawberry/Comfort Hotel and Clarion, and worked with technology solutions for digital guest experience and connectivity. Speeron is in a phase where the Swedish market is to be developed further. For the right person, this is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business development, and relationship-based sales toward a market with clear digitalization needs. Current Position Speeron is now seeking a Sales and Project Coordinator for the office in Solna. The role supports the sales organization and keeps deliveries together. You are responsible for driving agreements, quotes, orders, and rollouts from inquiry through completed delivery, as well as for ongoing customer contact in smaller deals. The emphasis is on the sales support aspect of the position. You enjoy customer dialogue, quote and contract work, and independently driving smaller deals forward. Project coordination and administration are an important, but secondary, part of the role. You report to the Chief Sales Officer and work from Speeron's office in Solna. The position is full-time and permanent, with occasional travel within the Nordic region that may involve overnight stays. The role comprises approximately 60 percent sales support and 40 percent project and administration. Your Responsibilities Manage ongoing customer contact and care for assigned accounts. Prepare quotes and agreements and follow them through to completion. Handle smaller sales inquiries, orders, and purchases independently. Sell TV channels and additional services to existing customers. Support the sales organization in public procurement processes. Drive and coordinate smaller rollouts and projects. Coordinate suppliers and partners. Maintain and administer the CRM and ensure data quality. Support ongoing ISO work and ISO audits. Profile We are looking for someone with experience in customer-facing work who thrives when customer contact, business support, administration, and coordination come together in the same role. You have a strong service orientation, are organized, and take responsibility for driving matters through to completion and delivery. You do not need to have experience from Speeron's industry. What matters is that you are curious about technology and business operations, want to learn, and can collaborate effectively with customers, salespeople, technicians, partners, and suppliers. The role suits you if you want to develop within sales, project management, or a combination of both. Experience in customer-facing work with personal responsibility for dialogue and follow-up, for example in sales, inside sales, or order handling. Very strong administrative skills, organization, and experience managing your own work with many concurrent matters. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with quote and contract management. Experience with CRM systems. Experience with public procurement according to LOU. Experience with quality management or ISO work. Personal Qualities Sales drive – you take your own initiative in customer dialogue, follow up without being asked, and drive matters to completion. Organization and attention to detail – you are self-directed and keep many threads going without losing track of details or deadlines. Service orientation – you are helpful even when multiple stakeholders are pulling in different directions. Collaboration skills – you communicate clearly with technicians, salespeople, partners, and customers. Willingness to learn – you are curious about technology and business operations and quickly absorb new knowledge. Salary & Benefits Speeron offers a fixed salary of 30,000–35,000 kr per month, depending on experience and profile. You will have a central and varied role with broad contact with customers, partners, and colleagues throughout the Nordic region. Speeron offers structured onboarding and ongoing access to technical specialists, contract support, and sales leadership. The company also uses its own AI tools to automate administration and repetitive tasks, so more time can be spent on customers, deals, and deliveries. For the right person, there are clear opportunities for development. A sales role or project manager role is a natural next step within the company. You will become part of an entrepreneurial company with short decision-making processes and operations in approximately twenty European countries. Contact The assignment is conducted by Closers AB.
