Macko Tomáš, e-mail: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: - Represent manufacturing machinery for digital industries to assigned regional market entities - Support the assigned regional team in accelerating sales through expert knowledge in competitive processes for large new projects - Own and promote the technology vision of manufacturing machinery technologies in the segment, identify business potential for assigned regions - Provide technical expertise in portfolio selection and customization, support both internal sales teams and external customers as needed - Drive the adoption of technologies and services at senior levels, support long-term business transformation initiatives - Provide feedback to portfolio development teams based on market requirements and regional insights Candidate Requirements: - Technical education in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field is an advantage - Experience in technical sales management, ideally in industrial automation, electric drives, digital solutions, and mechanical engineering is welcome - Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into compelling business value - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - English language proficiency for communication with international colleagues and partners in the EMEA region Employee Benefits: 5 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, home office and corporate daycare for better work-life balance, individual benefits budget of min. 34 000 Kč, which you can convert into a combination of up to 8 additional days off, cafeteria points, or contributions to pension and/or life insurance, meal allowance in the form of meal vouchers or cafeteria subsidy, opportunity to become a Siemens shareholder and receive free shares, various discounts and special offers
