At Husqvarna Group's Swedish sales company, the Sales & Order Support team works closely with our resellers throughout Sweden. The team's mission is to provide accessible, responsive, and thorough service on matters including orders, deliveries, invoices, complaints, campaigns, and products. We also collaborate with internal departments, warehouses, logistics providers, and our Nordic call center in Denmark.
About the Role
As a Sales & Order Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing professional and solution-oriented service to our resellers. Contact is primarily by phone and email, and you work closely with your customers to understand their business and help them with both straightforward and more complex issues.
Your workday is varied and largely driven by incoming cases. You work in our CRM system where you register and follow up on cases and ensure they are handled by the right person.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle orders, order changes, and campaign orders
- Answer questions about products, items, and replacement products
- Handle invoicing questions, credits, price adjustments, and payment terms
- Assist customers with complaints, incorrect deliveries, and missing packing slips
- Collaborate with warehouses, logistics providers, and other internal departments
- Document customer contacts and activities in the CRM system
- Support internal customers with various types of orders
- Contribute to sales by recommending relevant products and solutions
- Help resellers use the customer portal and our services
- When necessary, handle cases escalated from our call center in Denmark
The business is seasonal. During our peak season, the pace is high and many customers need quick help with orders and deliveries. During the winter half-year, the team works more proactively with campaign planning, customer reviews, and preparations for the upcoming season.
In this role, you also have the opportunity to meet customers. The team typically conducts customer visits for about one week per year and sometimes participates in trade shows. There you present products and solutions, help customers with the portal, and build on established relationships. Our customers' businesses vary in size, from smaller resellers to larger chains with extensive orders.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in customer support or customer service
- Upper secondary school diploma (Gymnasium)
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
Personal Qualities
To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate daily customer contact and feel comfortable using the telephone as one of your primary work tools. You are communicative, responsible, and thorough, and you easily build trust.
You can handle calls in a professional and confidence-inspiring manner. When faced with a new issue, you find out what has happened, involve the right departments, and move the case forward. You are flexible in your approach and can adapt your communication to different customers and situations.
We also believe you are a positive team player who brings energy and enthusiasm. You enjoy collaborating, sharing information, and helping both customers and colleagues.
What We Offer
You will become part of an experienced and collaborative team with close contact with our resellers and several parts of the organization. The role offers varied responsibilities, a broad network of contacts, and the opportunity to develop your understanding of customers, products, services, and sales.
Location
The position is based in Huskvarna, Sweden.
Planned start date is February 1, 2027.
