- Communicate with potential members in person and online - Present membership options at our gyms clearly and confidently - Lead sales conversations, follow up with prospects, and maintain client relationships - Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify local partnerships and opportunities that bring added value to the gym and community - Collaborate with the training team to ensure members have a great experience - Track sales performance using our internal tools (training provided) Employee benefits: 25 days of vacation, meal allowance, base salary + attractive commission, free membership at Element Gyms Interested candidates should contact the employer by email.
