From design to installation and service of locks, alarms, access systems, and camera surveillance. We are a technology-driven team with strong local presence, delivering security solutions to property owners, businesses, and the public sector in southern Sweden, operating from Jönköping. We are now expanding the team with an additional Security Technician to strengthen our presence with our customers. In the role as Security Technician, you will have independent and flexible work where you are responsible for executing your assignments in a quality and proper manner. While performing tasks within our area of expertise, you also play an important role in creating, maintaining, and developing relationships with both customers and partners. Your main responsibilities include: System setup, programming, integration, installation, cable installation, and commissioning of security systems Troubleshooting, repairs, and certain maintenance service Leading on-site work and documenting in our support systems Conducting risk assessments and inspections according to our standards Daily reporting of time, materials, and work orders, as well as feedback to customers and management Identifying improvements and driving upselling Contributing to and participating in departmental development You have relevant work experience in security, electrical, telecommunications, or similar fields. You have a technical interest that makes you curious but unafraid of various technical issues and challenges, and you are not afraid of practical tasks such as cable installation and assembly. As a person, you are responsible, quality-conscious, persistent, and collaborative. You are responsive, engaged, and results-oriented. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have excellent documentation skills. You communicate well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and have a positive attitude toward traveling for work where hotel stays may occur. A Class B driver's license is required, and we consider it a merit if you have experience with locks, burglar alarms, access systems, and VMS software Milestone. You will report to the Service Manager and are based at the Jönköping office, but most of your time will be spent with customers. We require that you have no entries in the criminal record register, as our customers include the Defense, the Prison Service, and the Police.
