What does the job involve? As a CCTV security technician, you'll work on-site with our customers, often high-security facilities, installing, commissioning, and servicing advanced camera solutions. Our customers are technically complex with high security requirements. You'll be part of the expert team solving problems on-site and ensuring solutions are correctly installed and operational. This role suits you if you want to work in-depth with advanced camera technology, VMS platforms, networks, and integrations. You'll use and deepen your expertise in areas such as ONVIF, VAPIX, APIs, metadata, Edge AI, and automation. This position includes a company car. Where? Our CCTV department is located in bright and fresh premises at Hildedalsgatan 9 on Hisingen, alongside our IT, alarm, and access control system departments. You'll work with nearly 40 great colleagues: technicians, project managers, supervisors, coordinators, department managers, and a regional manager. To qualify for this position, we want you to have: • Experience as a CCTV technician • Driver's license (Category B) • Ability to provide outstanding service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. Exceptional service is at the core of our company culture. You have experience with CCTV installation, service, and commissioning. You have good system knowledge and technical understanding of IT and security technology environments. Experience with project design and supervising installation work is a merit, but not required.
