On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced security specialist specializing in facilities and real estate projects for an extended consulting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment is 80–100 percent and is planned to run for two years, starting in January 2027.
About the Assignment
As a security specialist, you will play an important role in our client's work with security matters related to facilities, real estate, and various types of change and establishment projects.
You will work closely with project managers and other specialists, contributing security expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle. Projects vary in scope and can include both minor facility adaptations and larger, more complex establishments.
In the role, you will, among other things:
- Provide project management and project organization with support on security-related matters.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on security work within projects.
- Develop and create project-specific security documentation.
- Coordinate and contribute to security protection assessments based on project needs and conditions.
- Ensure that relevant classifications and assessments are conducted for information, IT systems, and other protected assets.
- Plan and facilitate risk analyses and other security-enhancing activities.
- Contribute to ensuring that security requirements are handled systematically during different project phases.
- Collaborate with project management, internal security functions, operational representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.

About You
We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:
- Academic or other post-secondary education in the security field, for example with a focus on security coordination, security protection, or information security. Equivalent competence through at least five years of relevant work experience may be considered equivalent.
- At least three years of work experience in security protection work where analysis, assessment, and interpretation have been central.
- At least one year of experience working with specific security protection assessments.
- Experience planning and coordinating security work within at least two projects.
Merits
It is meritorious if you:
- Have at least five years of experience in qualified security protection work.
- Have, in the past three years, completed at least two assignments within operations with high demands for robustness, continuity, and security, for example within infrastructure, energy, communications, or transport.
- Have at least two years of experience with security protection matters related to facility, construction, or real estate projects.
