The group has high expertise and good collaboration, but is also in a development phase where working methods and structures continue to be built. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with operations, management and external stakeholders. Your Role As Security Coordinator, you have coordination responsibility for Sysav's work within risk, crisis and continuity. You drive the development of processes, working methods and governance that strengthen the organization's resilience and ability to manage disruptions, crises and elevated preparedness. Your main responsibilities include: - Lead, coordinate, develop and follow up work within risk, crisis and continuity management - Support operations in identifying critical processes and ensuring continuity - Strengthen Sysav's resilience and contribute to a robust and resilient operation - Coordinate comprehensive risk management and ensure a systematic approach - Develop and implement governing and supporting documents, processes and tools - Plan, execute and follow up exercises of the crisis management organization - Develop training plans and contribute to increased security awareness - Collaborate with authorities, industry stakeholders and other external parties - Participate in and drive development projects and support procurement activities within security and preparedness To thrive, it's important that you are: - Action-oriented and comfortable in an operations-focused role where you drive development and change - Analytical with a strong holistic perspective in complex contexts - Communicative and confident in educating, guiding and influencing others - Self-directed and take initiative in an organization where not everything is pre-defined - Collaboration-oriented and skilled at building networks and relationships Important Experience - Post-secondary education in, for example, risk, crisis preparedness, continuity planning or equivalent, or experience deemed equivalent - Several years of experience working with risk management, crisis preparedness and/or continuity planning and civil defense/civil emergency preparedness - Experience coordinating, leading or driving work across multiple functions - Experience developing governance, processes and working methods - Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious It's an advantage if you have experience from socially critical operations or the public sector. We also welcome knowledge of security classification or other relevant regulations, as well as experience in project management and collaboration with authorities.
