Job Description Would you like to play a key role in safety at one of Sweden's largest industrial projects? We are now looking for responsible and thorough security monitors (internally called Permit Holders) for immediate start in Boden. About the Role You are the person who ensures that safety procedures and paperwork are followed on the job site. It is a supervisory role where you monitor work teams closely to ensure no one compromises on safety. Work Hours Work is primarily Monday through Friday, with shifts sometime between 06:00 and 20:00. Since production runs continuously, weekend work may also occur. We are therefore looking for someone who is flexible with their schedule! The assignment initially extends to the year-end with good opportunities for extension. About the Position Start: Immediate Location: Boden Scope: Full-time, varying work hours We conduct continuous recruitment because positions need to be filled right away. Apply today! Responsibilities Your work tasks: Conduct daily safety briefings and inform about existing risks. Monitor work on the production floor and ensure everyone wears proper protective equipment. Handle work permits at the start of the day and collect them at the end. Qualifications Who are you? Since much of the job involves being on-site and monitoring production, we are simply looking for someone who takes their task seriously and has a strong safety mindset. Requirements for the position: Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written Some computer skills (you need to be able to handle email and scan documents). Ability to start immediately.
