Security Advisor with Operational Experience React Risk Advisory works with security, risk, and crisis management for clients in Sweden and internationally. Our consultants take on assignments that require both analytical rigor and practical problem-solving capabilities. We are now looking to expand our team and are seeking a full-time security advisor. The Role You will work as an advisor on client projects, often at management level. Assignments vary between strategic and operational: threat and risk assessments, building crisis organizations and continuity planning, support during ongoing serious incidents, and training and exercises for the client's personnel. You are the one the client calls when the situation changes. Some assignments run over a long period with the same client, while others are short and intensive. You have considerable freedom to shape your role. We Believe You Have Several years of operational experience in security work. From the Swedish Armed Forces, Police, other government agency, or qualified security function in the private sector Experience with crisis management in real-world situations Experience planning and executing security operations Experience training and exercising others, and confidence presenting to groups Ability to express yourself well in writing in Swedish and English Meriting factors include experience with security protection, continuity management, security management systems, sales work, customer responsibility, and work in high-risk environments abroad. Several of our assignments require approved security clearance with background check.
