State Border Guard Daugavpils Administration, Daugavpils Category I Service, Foreign National Accommodation Center "Rauda" - Facility Manager position (two vacancies) (profession code 5151 11, position family 3 "Maintenance and Operations", level I). Work location: Rauda, Šēderes Parish, Augšdaugava Municipality.
Position Requirements:
- Secondary or professional secondary education required (Professional Qualification Level 3);
- State language proficiency level – B2 (Level B, degree 2);
- Desired: one year of work experience in supply or procurement;
- Ability to use computer programs (MS Office products, email and internet browsers);
Key Position Responsibilities:
1. Order, receive, record and issue food/food products and hygiene items for foreign nationals accommodated at the Center, and prepare reports;
2. Ensure storage, record-keeping, rational use and timely write-off of material assets under the Center's care;
3. Record, issue, receive and wash bedding for foreign nationals accommodated at the Center;
4. Report to direct supervisor about deficiencies and shortcomings identified at the Center;
5. Understand and comply with procedures and instructions for using specialized household equipment and technical devices, strictly follow occupational health and safety regulations.
