PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST
in the field of visual and digital content
We are looking for a colleague who can transform complex information into understandable, visually compelling, and easily comprehensible content for audiences. A significant part of the role will be creating visual materials and digital content for CFLA's social media, website, presentations, events, and other communication needs.

- a fixed-term position for up to 2 years
- gross salary from €1797 to €2023
- partially remote and flexible working hours, office in Vecrīga

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- developing visual materials for social media, presentations, events, informational materials, and other CFLA communication needs
- creating and adapting visual content for various digital channels
- creating and editing short videos and other dynamic content for social media and other digital channels
- collaborating with colleagues to transform complex information into understandable and visually compelling content
- creating and updating content on the CFLA website, social media, and other digital channels
- preparing publications, informational materials, and other communication materials
- participating in the planning and implementation of communication projects and activities
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- higher education, preferably in communications, marketing, design, digital content, or social sciences
- practical experience in creating visual content for social media, digital channels, presentations, or other communication needs
- strong writing skills and the ability to prepare content for various communication channels
- good digital skills and experience working with social media and online resources
- ability to work with Canva or other visual content creation tools
- ability to structure large amounts of information and present it in a simple, clear, and visually comprehensible manner
- understanding of visual communication principles and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and communication channels
- sense of responsibility, accuracy, self-initiative, and good collaboration skills
WE WILL PARTICULARLY VALUE
- experience in video content creation and editing, planning and implementing communication projects
- knowledge and experience using the SharePoint platform
- a portfolio of visual content work
