Position Title: Budget Estimator / Construction Cost Analyst Do you enjoy working with numbers, precision, and want to see the real results of your work? We're looking for a new team member at CITY COMPLEX s.r.o. to help us with financial planning of our projects and ensure that every construction has a solid foundation right from the budget stage. What will you do with us? o Prepare price quotes and itemized budgets based on project documentation. o Create quantity surveys and calculate costs for materials, equipment, and labor. o Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding material and service inquiries. o Analyze costs and track changes during project execution (change orders/cost reductions). o Collaborate with project managers and preparation specialists on optimization of technical solutions. What do we expect from you? o Technical education (ideally construction technical school). o This position is also suitable for graduates - we're happy to train you. o Experience in a similar position is an advantage, not a requirement. o Excellent ability to read and understand project documentation. o Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - you can't get by without spreadsheets here. o Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to meet deadlines.
